Updated: Police Arrest Man Indicted In Westwood Slaying

CINCINNATI -- Police have arrested a man indicted Thursday in a shooting death last month in Westwood.

Robert Benford, 25, is wanted on one count of aggravated murder in the death of Tristan Smith.

The 23-year-old’s body was discovered Nov. 1 in a wooded area near Percy Avenue.

Benford was arrested by Vortex units at a girlfriend's residence in West Price Hill at 10 p.m. Thursday.
